About

A Kaohsiung practice built around fintech money paths

Infrastructure Sync exists to give remittance houses, lenders, e-wallets, and acquirers an independent written view of the controls that protect customer funds.

Origin

From bank-side reviews to independent fieldwork

Our founders spent years inside Taiwanese banking and payments operations, preparing partner reviews and closing exception queues after month-end. Infrastructure Sync began when fintech sponsors asked for the same discipline without hiring a full internal audit bench.

We kept the office in Kaohsiung so fieldwork across southern and central Taiwan stays practical, with desk support for northern clients who prefer hybrid engagements.

Working approach

Independence first, then clarity on the page

We do not implement the controls we recommend in the same engagement. Findings stay factual, severity-ranked, and tied to samples. Sponsors see drafts before finals so factual disputes are settled early.

Values that show up in the work: plain language for mixed audiences, respect for staff time on the floor, and reports that survive a sceptical second reader.
