Flagship engagement

Operational Control Audit for payment and remittance teams

Our core offer walks your exception queues, reconciliations, maker-checker paths, and end-of-day close. You receive a severity-ranked findings pack, a remediation tracker, and a walkthrough for leadership — not a slide deck of abstractions.

Typical clients prepare for a banking partner review, a licence renewal conversation, or an internal board request for an independent view of cash and customer money flows.

How we work

Scoping call, fieldwork, then a report your sponsor can defend

We start with a short scoping conversation to fix process boundaries and sample sizes. Fieldwork mixes document review with interviews on the floor. The draft findings land with your named sponsor before the final pack is issued.

Common questions

Before you request an estimate

How long does a typical fintech audit engagement take?

Most operational and control audits run three to six weeks from kickoff to final report, depending on how many processes we sample and how quickly your teams share ledgers and procedure documents. Narrow KYC file reviews can finish in ten business days.

Do you work on-site in Taiwan or remotely?

We prefer on-site fieldwork for payment, settlement, and lending reviews so we can observe how staff actually process exceptions. Desk-based document review is available for preliminary scoping and follow-up testing from our Kaohsiung office.

Are your reports suitable for partner banks or regulators?

Yes. Reports include scope, sampling method, findings by severity, management responses, and a clear remediation tracker. We write them for readers who already know fintech operations — not as marketing summaries.

What do you need from us before kickoff?

A named sponsor, access to relevant ledgers and policy packs, a list of systems of record for the processes under review, and two weeks of calendar availability for interviews. We send a precise document request list after the scoping call.

Do you provide remediation work after the audit?

Our primary deliverable is the independent assessment. We can return for a limited follow-up review to verify closed findings. We do not design or operate your controls as part of the same engagement, to keep independence intact.

Need an independent look before a partner visit?

Tell us which processes sit under review — remittances, lending, KYC files, or settlement — and we will reply with a scoped estimate within two business days.
