## Acceptance By accessing infrastructuresync.digital or engaging Infrastructure Sync for audit services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission work. ## Services described Pages describing Operational Control Audits, KYC file audits, lending portfolio reviews, settlement integrity audits, rates, and process steps are informational. A binding engagement exists only when both parties accept a written proposal or engagement letter stating scope, fees, and timeline. ## Intellectual property Site content, report templates, and working-paper formats remain the property of Infrastructure Sync unless an engagement letter assigns specific deliverables to you. You may use final reports issued to your organisation for internal governance and agreed partner disclosures. You may not republish our methodologies as your own marketing material without written consent. ## Client responsibilities You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to agreed records, and a named sponsor. Delays in access may extend timelines as described in the engagement letter. You remain responsible for decisions taken after receiving findings. ## Independence & limitations Audit findings reflect samples and periods agreed in scope. They are not a guarantee that untested areas are free of issues, nor a formal assurance opinion under international assurance standards unless the engagement letter expressly provides one. We do not provide legal advice on Taiwanese licensing. ## Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Infrastructure Sync’s aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost financing opportunities, except where liability cannot be limited under Taiwan law. ## Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use or engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable. ## Changes We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated date.
