Sensitive identity documents inside KYC samples remain under your control whenever possible; we prefer masked extracts. ## Purposes We use personal data to respond to enquiries, deliver contracted audits, improve site content when analytics are allowed, and meet record-keeping duties under Taiwan law. ## Retention Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement. Engagement working papers and reports are retained for at least seven years or as stated in the engagement letter. Analytics data, when collected, is retained in aggregate form for up to 26 months. ## Your rights Subject to Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act and related rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may withdraw consent for optional analytics. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwanese authority. ## International transfers Our primary processing occurs in Taiwan. If a subcontractor or email provider stores data outside Taiwan, we take reasonable contractual and technical steps appropriate to the transfer.
