1 · Enquiry & fit check
You describe the process under review and the audience for the report. We confirm whether an Operational Control Audit, KYC sampling, lending review, or settlement work is the right shape — or whether the need sits outside our independence boundary.
2 · Scoping call
A short call fixes process boundaries, sample sizes, language of the report, and on-site days. You receive a document request list and a fee quote. Work starts only after written acceptance.
3 · Kickoff & access
We meet the sponsor, confirm interview calendars, and verify that ledgers, file extracts, or settlement packs are reachable. Access delays pause the clock transparently.
4 · Fieldwork
Auditors sample transactions or files, interview process owners, and compare procedures to practice. On-site days are preferred for payment and settlement work; KYC cohorts may run mostly at the desk.
5 · Draft findings
Your sponsor receives a draft pack to challenge facts. Severity ratings may be discussed; factual accuracy is settled before the final issue.
6 · Final report & walkthrough
We issue the signed report and remediation tracker, then walk leadership through the findings. An optional follow-up window can retest closed items without expanding into implementation work.
